1. Service
Fuelia is a nutrition app for food logging, calorie and macro estimates, recipes, shopping notes, reminders and statistics. Some features require an account, internet connection, device permissions or Fuelia Pro.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for keeping the information you provide accurate. We may limit or suspend access if use is abusive, unsafe, fraudulent or violates these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Fuelia for illegal activity, to violate third-party rights, bypass technical limits, interfere with systems, upload harmful content or access data that does not belong to you.
4. Health notice
Fuelia provides estimates and informational tools. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or prescriptions. AI results, calorie calculations and nutrition information may be inaccurate. Consult a qualified professional before changing diet, training or treatment, especially in case of medical conditions, pregnancy, eating disorders or clinical needs.
5. AI features
When you use AI-assisted features, you are responsible for the content you submit. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive data, images of other people without permission or prohibited content. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed by you.
6. Fuelia Pro and in-app purchases
Fuelia Pro is a paid option that increases limits and unlocks additional features. Prices, duration, renewals, free trials and promotions are shown in the app before purchase. Purchases, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the rules of the relevant app store.
Deleting the app or your Fuelia account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription. You must cancel it in your store account settings.
7. Availability
We work to keep Fuelia available and reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, errors, networks, devices, stores or service providers.
8. Intellectual property
Fuelia, its brand, interface, texts, design and software are protected. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the app under these Terms. Data and content you enter remain yours, while you allow us to process them as needed to provide the service.
9. Account deletion
You can reset data or delete your account in the app. Deletion removes your account and related app data, except information we must retain for legal, security, accounting or technical backup reasons. See Account deletion.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fuelia is not liable for nutrition, medical, fitness or financial decisions made based on the app, nor for indirect losses, loss of data, lack of expected results or issues caused by third-party services.
11. Changes
We may update features and Terms. The current version is published on this page. Continuing to use Fuelia after changes means accepting the updated Terms.
